Refund Policy

If the product is new and unopened then the product can be returned with a full refund within 30-days of delivery. We will also pay the shipping cost to return the item, if it was a mistake done on our part. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should receive your full refund within the 30 days that the item has been returned back to us. In most cases, the refund should be received sooner. This includes how long it would take us to receive the return, (5 to 10 business days), the processing of your return (3 to 5 business days), and how long it takes for your bank to process our refund request, (5 to 10 business days).

If an item you purchased needs to be returned please Contact Us  with the order information, including the order number and details about the product you are returning. We will quickly respond and give you details for how to return items from your order.
